GENERAL
PSD file will be checked first. If layered properly, Down Payment of 50% or full amounth will be asked. I will start working on the commission only if the Down Payment has been made. Prices and TOS are subject to change over time. I reserve the right to stream and showcase my work on platforms (NDA work is negotiable). I reserve the right to refuse a commission. For complex Vtuber Model, the artist must be available to modify the PSD file when needed. Upon requesting commission mean you have read and accept the terms and service.
PAYMENTS
Before start down payment of 50% will be ask and another 50% when model is completed or full amount before begin. NDA commission (20~50% of commission total but it's depend). For all Live2D Rigging will not have extra cost for commercial use. All Payment will be make on PayPal invoice or VGen.
REVISIONS
Revisions are possible but should be used with caution, too many minor revisions will prolong the project and mentally drain the artist in long run, which might reduce the overall quality. More than 3 time of fixing will be ask for more fees. I'll fix free of charge if there happened to be an bug or an error after the commission is completed.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I care about the quality of the rig, if you have tight deadline, please let me know in advance. The commission is a rush commission will be add more fees after discuss. Please note that I'm a part-time Rigger with a day job, I can work on the commission with limited amount of hours each day. There is no physical product. The product will be pre-setup Vtuber Studio file which will be able to drop it in "Live2D Model". The client is able to request .c0m (Live2D) file with a additional cost. Requesting the file will only be able to request before I start the project.
USAGE
You are required to give credits to me as your rigger. For Vtuber you may do anything as you like to with the Vtuber Model as long as the artist allow it.
REFUND
No refund will be given if the client cancels the commission after the Down Payment and I spent hours working on it. Full refund will be given if I'm unable to complete the work due to my personal reasons or both of us agreeded to it.
PRIVACY TERMS
No personal information will be shared with a third party, unless for legal purposes. Project files (model and rigging files) will only be shared among the artist , rigger and/or client, and won't be shared or distributed to another party without approval. Model file won't be saved or shared to another party if client doesn't want to go through psd processing stage.
RIGGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Keeping in touch with clients and respond within 2-3 days or informing client if there are hurdles that will obstruct the communication. Quoting price appropriately with the efforts , quality, demands, market rate and complexity of the model. Abiding by own TOS.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Be informed of the rigger's capability and set an appropriate expectation of the works. Keep in contact with me through out the rigging process. The client is responsible for providing clear and accurate image references and/or textual references. Specific demands should be discussed and provided with reference, revisions on details without a prior reference might incur additional fee. Credit the artist and rigger.
